How do I make an online reservation?

1) Go to the booking page.
2) Choose the trip type: One-way or Round-trip and the number of passengers.
3) In the From and To fields, select the cities (e.g., Chișinău → Bucharest).
4) Choose the date from the calendar and click "Search".
5) Select your desired trip from the results (check departure/arrival times and duration).
6) In the booking form: select your seat (where available); fill in Name, Surname, Phone, Email; if you need an invoice, click "Add billing address" and fill in the details; enter the promotional code (if you have one) and click "Apply".
7) Check the agreement with Terms and Conditions.
8) Click "Pay" (online payment with card) to secure your seat.
9) You'll receive the electronic ticket (with QR code) via email within minutes; you can present it from your phone at boarding.

Can I modify the date/time of a paid ticket?

Yes. Any modification of the ticket date or time is possible only with a minimum of 12 hours before the trip departure, by contacting Customer Service.

What is the cancellation policy and under what conditions do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Full refund: if cancellation is made within the mentioned timeframe, the ticket value is fully refunded to the same card used for payment, within 1–7 business days (depending on the issuing bank).

How do I pay for the ticket?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made directly on the website at the time of booking. You can pay quickly and securely using the secure NETOPIA Payments system (Visa/Mastercard, 3-D Secure). After payment confirmation, the electronic ticket (with QR code) is automatically sent via email.

How long does it take to receive the ticket after payment and where can I find it?

Accepted Answer

After making the online payment, the electronic ticket is automatically sent within moments to the email address indicated in the booking form. The ticket is issued instantly by the system and contains: date, time, boarding point, reservation code and QR validation code.

What should I do if card payment fails / an error appears?

Accepted Answer

Check: the card is valid and activated for international transactions; there are sufficient funds; the browser allows pop-ups and is not blocked by extensions; try a different browser or device. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support Service.

Can I change my seat on the bus?

Yes, seat modification is possible within available seats and by contacting Customer Service.

What luggage is included?

Each ticket includes free: 1 carry-on bag (max. 42 × 30 × 18 cm, max. 7 kg), to be stored in the overhead compartment without blocking aisles/emergency exits; 2 standard checked bags (max. 80 × 50 × 30 cm each, with tolerances if sum of sides ≤ 160 cm), max. 20 kg/bag.
