Yes. Any modification of the ticket date or time is possible only with a minimum of 12 hours before the trip departure, by contacting Customer Service.

Cancellation can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time. Full refund: if cancellation is made within the mentioned timeframe, the ticket value is fully refunded to the same card used for payment, within 1–7 business days (depending on the issuing bank).
